Refund policy
1. Overview
All sales are final except in specific circumstances described below. There are no order cancellations once payment completes.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only if:

The product was not delivered due to a technical failure that cannot be resolved via support.

The audio product is demonstrably not working (e.g., corrupted file that cannot be played), and you have provided evidence (screenshot/error description).
Refunds are not granted for:

Change of mind.

Perceived lack of effect from using the subliminal audio.

User error in playback; support will guide on correct usage but that does not qualify for a refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support at bhagatachint@gmail.com with:

Order reference or transaction ID.

Description of the issue.

Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages).
You must submit the request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
4. Review & Decision
We will review the request, may ask for more information, and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are issued via the original payment method (subject to Stripe processing timelines).
5. Technical Support
If delivery or playback issues arise, you are encouraged to contact support first—many issues can be resolved without needing a refund.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without contacting support first, we reserve the right to contest it and may refuse future sales.
